The mile-long Breakwater is a popular fishing spot and afternoon stroll where dolphins and seals can somethimes be spotted. Enjoy the views over the marina and fish quay where yachts, trawlers and ferries come and go. The Breakwater Beach is in the foreground with parking, toilets, seasonal lifeguards and a bistro and take-away. The town centre is a level and enjoyable walk along the edge of the harbour.
